Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days.

Delivery Time: Once processed, goods are expected to be delivered within 3-5 working days for standard shipping within New Zealand. Please note that working days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.

Tracking: A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched, allowing you to monitor your delivery progress.

Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return policy carefully:

Return Window: You must request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags and packaging intact.

Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Product Dissatisfaction: If you are not satisfied with the product received due to a defect, quality issue, or incorrect item being sent, we will process a return and issue a refund.

Size Exchange: We understand that sizing can be tricky when purchasing online. If you need a different size for the same item, we are happy to facilitate an exchange. Please note that exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the desired size is unavailable, a refund will be issued if the dissatisfaction criteria (above) are met.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please note: Refunds will only be given if the customer is not satisfied with the product due to reasons other than "change of mind" (e.g., defect, quality, incorrect item).

To exchange an item for a different size, please contact us first at info.colourkeepers@gmail.com to arrange the exchange. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item for an exchange.

When returning an item, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
